You will be required to pay the fees and outlays such as Duties(add link to more info), as well as any balance you are to provide to settle.

- Review the contract terms with your instructions prior to you signing.
- Assist in the finance conditions if applicable.
- Once contract is unconditional, Five Star Settlements will complete all required searches and provide you with details.
- Liaise with your financier as required to ensure a smooth settlement.
- Prepare and submit all Office of State Revenue documents and calculate all duty and lodge your duty

- Provide a summary of the process of buying.
- Drawing up Private contracts (no Real Estate Agent)
- Assist in building and pest inspection issues.
- We liaise with the seller’s Conveyancer in preparation for settlement as required.
- Prepare the transfer of land document and check their execution is correct.
- Five Star Settlements will arrange and co-ordinate settlement with your bank and the seller and ensure seller’s bank release is available and correct at settlement.
- We calculate the amount required to pay for the property – including calculation of all required payments.
- Attend at your bank or the seller’s bank or solicitor on settlement and check that you get a free and clear Title.
- Provide settlement statement of payment of purchase monies.
- Store your file for 6 years as required by legal authorities.
