With the commitment of providing five star service, Five Star Settlements was opened by René Olsen in 2013. The company Five Star Settlements is Canning Settlement Services rebranded.
Five Star Settlements strives for excellence and personable service handled with care and thoughtfulness throughout the entire transaction. My staff and I will go out of our way to ensure that you receive the best service for one of the biggest transactions you will make.

ABOUT RENÉ
René has been working in the settlements industry since 2005 and became a licensed conveyancer in 2009. René’s primary focus is excellence in all aspects of your transaction, especially customer service.
René opened Five Star Settlements in 2013, after acquiring Canning Settlement Services. René managed Canning Settlement Services for 5 years, and is a trusted and valuable member in her industry according to her customers.
5 interesting things about René:
- An amateur baker, her favourites being Belgian waffles, cakes and slices.
- Fit – she enjoys Pilates, Yoga, Step Aerobics, boxing and Jacob’s Ladder!
- Charitable – Actively involved with the Cancer Council of Australia and volunteers at the Red Cross shop.
- Studies French
- Loves to travel abroad and has travelled to many countries, Europe, Croatia, Singapore, Bali, New Zealand and all over Australia. René studies French as she is hoping to go back to Paris and spend a good length of time having a look around France and getting to know the locals.
